Why Indian VPN advice is different
Most VPN guides online are written for the US or Europe: Netflix libraries, torrenting, public Wi-Fi in cafes. India's problems are different. Apps get removed from stores on government request, operators throttle VPN protocols, campus networks filter by category, and in Jammu and Kashmir whole districts get restriction orders. A guide that does not mention Jio, Airtel or CERT-In was not written for you.
