Why the usual free VPN for Android stops working here
Search for a free VPN app for Android and you get a list of brands. In 2026 the Indian government had fourteen of them removed from Google Play and the App Store. The ones that remain sell your data to stay free, or throttle you to push a premium plan. And on Jio and Airtel, OpenVPN and WireGuard traffic is easy to detect and slow down.

Install a client. v2rayNG is the Android standard, Hiddify is friendlier if this is your first time. Both are free, open source and available on Google Play and as an APK from GitHub.

APK or Play Store: which to use
Google Play is fine while the client is there. The point of the APK route is insurance: if a client ever disappears from the store, its GitHub releases page still has the APK, and your key does not care which build you use. We keep both routes documented on the APK page below.
Whatever you do, install clients only from Google Play or the developer's own GitHub. Modded APKs from download sites are the number one way people get malware while looking for a free VPN.

Speed, battery and honesty

What we know about you: almost nothing
There is no account here. You never give us an email, a phone number or a name, so there is no profile to leak, sell or hand over. We know that a key exists and when it expires. We do not know what you open with it. Our servers are outside India, which puts us out of scope of the CERT-In directive requiring providers to store user records for five years. Providers who kept servers inside the country had to choose between complying and leaving, and most of them left. We are telling you where we stand instead of implying we are beyond every jurisdiction, which no one is.

Is there a VPN for Android APK from you?
No. Our product is a key, not an app. You install a free client such as v2rayNG or Hiddify from Google Play or its GitHub releases page and paste the key into it.
Does it work on Jio?
Yes, on Jio mobile data and JioFiber, with no APN changes. If Jio throttles your line, the UAE server is the one to try first.
Does it work on Android TV?
Yes. Install the v2rayNG TV build or Hiddify on the TV, show the QR code on your phone, scan it, connect. The TV counts as one of your five devices.
Is a free VPN for Android safe?
Free apps that stay free by selling your browsing data are not. Our five days are a trial of a paid service: no ads, no data sale, and the client itself is open source.
Which is better, v2rayNG or Hiddify?
Both accept the same key. Hiddify is easier to start with, v2rayNG gives you more control. You can try one and switch later without a new key.
Will it drain the battery?
A few percent over a day on a mid-range phone. VLESS is lighter than OpenVPN or IKEv2.
