Terms of Service
Last updated 5 August 2026. Twelve sections, each a few lines long.
VPN for India, ul. Wielicka 28, 30-552 Kraków, Poland, runs this service, and the rules below apply to everyone who uses it. Using the service counts as accepting them. Not sure yet? The five-day trial lets you make up your mind before paying.
1. What you get
You get one VLESS configuration key from our Telegram bot. We publish no app: the key goes into a client written by someone else: v2rayNG, Hiddify, Streisand, V2Box, NekoRay or another. Each of those clients has its own developer, licence and terms, and we are not answerable for any of them.
2. No account needed
Your key acts as login and password at once, and there is nothing else to sign up for. Guard it accordingly.
3. A shared or lost key
Anyone you give the key to, or who finds it, is on your plan, up to its device limit. Lost it, or think it leaked? Tell support and you get a new one free of charge while your plan runs. What happens with a key you gave away yourself is not our liability.
4. Payment, renewal and refunds
- Every plan is a single payment in Indian rupees, made in advance.
- There is no automatic renewal. We keep no card details and have no way to charge you again by ourselves.
- An expired plan pauses the key; a top-up switches it back on.
- Payments are not refunded. Instead you get five free days with no card required, and we would rather tell you here than tuck the condition into small print.
5. Age
The service is for people aged 16 or older, or older still where local law sets a higher age.
6. What you may not do
- Use our servers to send spam, run mass port scans or attack other systems.
- Share material that is illegal where you live, copyright-infringing material included.
- Get past the Indian regulator's limits on gambling or prediction-market platforms.
- Resell your key, or connect more devices than your plan allows.
- Do anything that gets our IP ranges blacklisted and spoils the service for everyone else.
Breaking these rules ends the key, and the money is not returned. The reason is practical: a single abuser can get a whole range of our server addresses blacklisted.
7. Fair use
Whatever the plan, there is no cap on data and no throttling of speed. If a single key pushes so much more traffic than normal use that others on the network suffer, we may step in, but we will contact you first.
8. Availability and warranties
We provide the service as it is. We work to keep it up around the clock, yet no provider can promise a connection that never drops, and when the internet is shut down completely in your area a VPN has nothing to run on. We give no warranty that any particular app or website will open through the service.
9. Limitation of liability
We do not cover indirect or consequential losses, lost profit and lost data among them. For anything else, our liability stops at the price of your current plan, to the extent the law permits.
10. Ending the service
Stopping is up to you at any moment; with no renewals, there is nothing to cancel. A key that breaks section 6 can be suspended, and when circumstances allow we will explain the reason.
11. Governing law
Polish law governs these terms, as the company is registered in Poland. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have in the country where you live.
12. Updates and questions
Questions about these terms: [email protected], or our bot at https://t.me/vpnforindia_bot. The terms can change; when they do, the date at the top is updated, and the bigger changes are announced in our Telegram channel.
