If something is broken, tell us
- Your phone or computer, and the client app holding the key.
- The location you were connected to.
- When it last ran fine, and anything you changed after that, such as a client update or a new phone.
- What you were connected through when it failed: mobile data (Jio, Airtel), a home line, or Wi-Fi at work.

Do not paste your key in a group or a public channel. It works like a password, and whoever has it can use your connection.
