Step by step on Windows 11
- 1Download Hiddify: the .exe for Windows from the GitHub releases page. SmartScreen may ask once; the build is unsigned, not unsafe.
- 2Get your key in Telegram: open the bot, press Start, copy the vless:// link. The first five days are free.
- 3Add the key: in Hiddify choose New profile, then Add from clipboard. The profile appears with the server list.
- 4Connect and check: pick United Arab Emirates, press Connect, then open What is my IP. The ISP line should no longer say Jio or Airtel.
Windows 11 specifics
Windows 11 ships with a system VPN panel, but it only speaks IKEv2, L2TP and PPTP, all of which Jio and Airtel identify and throttle. Hiddify installs a TUN adapter instead, so every app on the machine goes through the VLESS tunnel, including games, the Microsoft Store and anything that ignores the system proxy.
Turn on TUN mode in Hiddify settings. Without it only the browser is routed and CapCut on PC or a game launcher still sees your Jio IP address.
Things that trip people up
- •Windows Defender quarantines NekoRay on some machines; Hiddify is not affected, which is why it is the default here.
- •If a game uses UDP, keep the UAE server: it has the lowest jitter from India.
- •Windows 11 in S mode cannot install a .exe; use the Microsoft Store version of Hiddify or switch out of S mode.
- •Sleep and wake: Hiddify reconnects on its own; if a site shows a Jio IP after waking, toggle the connection once.
Not working on the first try?
Nine times out of ten it is a DNS setting. Set DNS inside Hiddify to 1.1.1.1 and reconnect. If it still fails, switch to Singapore. If even that fails, message support: a human answers in English or Hindi, and if your network blocks all outbound 443 we will tell you so instead of selling you a plan that will not work.
Why there is no Windows app from us

What we know about you: almost nothing
There is no account here. You never give us an email, a phone number or a name, so there is no profile to leak, sell or hand over. We know that a key exists and when it expires. We do not know what you open with it. Our servers are outside India, which puts us out of scope of the CERT-In directive requiring providers to store user records for five years. Providers who kept servers inside the country had to choose between complying and leaving, and most of them left. We are telling you where we stand instead of implying we are beyond every jurisdiction, which no one is.

Questions people ask before the first key
Is there a native Windows 11 app from you?
No, deliberately. You use Hiddify or NekoRay from GitHub and paste our key into it. Nothing of ours is installed and nothing can be removed from a store.
Does Hiddify work on Windows 11 24H2?
Yes. Any current Hiddify release runs on Windows 10 and 11, including the latest feature updates.
Will it slow down my laptop?
The client uses almost no CPU. The only cost is about 40 ms of extra latency to the UAE or Singapore.
Can I use it on Windows 11 in S mode?
Only through the Microsoft Store build of the client, or by leaving S mode. The key is the same either way.
Do I need administrator rights?
Once, to let Hiddify create the TUN adapter. After that it runs as a normal user.
