Setup on Windows 10
- 1Download Hiddify (or NekoRay) from its GitHub releases page and run the installer.
- 2Open the Telegram bot, take your free key: a vless:// link and a QR code.
- 3In Hiddify choose New profile, Add from clipboard. In NekoRay use Server, Add from clipboard.
- 4Pick United Arab Emirates or Singapore, turn on TUN mode, press Connect.
- 5Open What is my IP: the ISP line should show the server country, not Jio or Airtel.
Windows 10 specifics
- •Windows 10 versions from 1809 upward are fine; older builds may lack the TUN driver support, update Windows first.
- •On a 4 GB laptop use NekoRay: it is lighter than Hiddify.
- •Windows Defender sometimes flags NekoRay as unknown software; it is open source, and Hiddify avoids the warning.

Honest note on speed
From Mumbai, Delhi or Bengaluru the UAE server adds about 38 ms. That is invisible in a browser and fine for video calls. US servers are around 220 ms, fine for browsing, wrong for gaming. Throughput stays at whatever your Jio or Airtel line gives you.
