What an extension cannot do

- •Stop a DNS leak: name lookups still go to your ISP unless the system is tunnelled.

If you still want a browser-only setup

What we know about you: almost nothing
There is no account here. You never give us an email, a phone number or a name, so there is no profile to leak, sell or hand over. We know that a key exists and when it expires. We do not know what you open with it. Our servers are outside India, which puts us out of scope of the CERT-In directive requiring providers to store user records for five years. Providers who kept servers inside the country had to choose between complying and leaving, and most of them left. We are telling you where we stand instead of implying we are beyond every jurisdiction, which no one is.

Questions people ask before the first key
Is there a VPN for India Chrome extension?
No, on purpose. A client on the PC with our key routes Chrome and everything else; an extension would route Chrome alone.
Do VPN extensions work on Jio and Airtel?
Poorly. They use proxy or OpenVPN traffic that both operators identify and throttle at peak hours.
Does a Chrome extension hide my IP?
In Chrome, mostly. Not in other apps, not for DNS, and often not for WebRTC.
What about Chromebook?
Use the Android client (v2rayNG or Hiddify) from the Play Store side of ChromeOS. It covers the whole device.
Can I use the key with a proxy extension?
Yes. Run Hiddify or NekoRay in proxy mode and point the extension at the local proxy.
